You can purchase an ecobums Gift Card just like any other product on our website; the Gift Card will be delivered via e-mail or regular mail to the recipient for your convenience.
This email will have the voucher value, and the coupon code as well as instructions for the person receiving the gift on how to redeem the voucher.
When a gift voucher is successfully redeemed by the recipient the dollar amount of the voucher will be automatically credited onto their account for use at their discretion on the next purchase and subsequent purchases until the total value has been used.
Upon redemption of the gift voucher, should the order be of a value higher than the value of the voucher, the recipient will need to pay the balance by another payment method.
If the order value is less than that of the Gift Card the unused balance will remain on the account for redemption at a later date.
When purchasing an ecobums Gift Card, you can include a gift message and a date and time to deliver the Gift Card.

Conditions of Use
- Gift Cards can only be redeemed on our website
- Not valid for any other website
- You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Gift Card or redeem your Gift Card for cash
- Your Gift Card may only be used to make purchases up to the Remaining Card Value/Balance. If you wish to purchase for an amount that exceeds the Remaining Card Value, you must pay the excess using another payment method.
- We will contact the recipient should the delivery address for redeemed orders change from that provided at purchase.
- Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Any balance that remains on a Gift Card will not be available for use after the card’s expiry date.
- The recipient can check balances at any time by referring to the email sent
- Certificates are non-transferrable
